Prayers at the Robena Memorial - 2006

Let us pray to the Lord. Lord have mercy.

We assemble today O Lord….
We assemble today O Lord God in behalf of those who cannot be with us.
We assemble today O Lord God for brother miners departed this life.
We assemble today O Lord to remember their sudden unexpected end.
We assemble today O Lord to pray for their memory to be eternal.
We assemble today O Lord for the men of Robena taken quickly away.
We assemble today O Lord to witness to the value of their lives.
We assemble today O Lord in solidarity with families and friends.
We assemble today O Lord with hope in the resurrection of the dead.
We assemble today O Lord cognizant of Your glorious Resurrection.
We assemble today O Lord to assert the goodness of their work.
We assemble today O Lord to speak for those whose voices are silent.
We assemble today O Lord to show our love for those who gave their all.
We assemble today O Lord as an expression of hope for a better day.
We assemble today O Lord continuing to mourn the loss of their lives.
We assemble today O Lord thinking about what might have been.
We assemble today O Lord knowing husbands and fathers are gone.
We assemble today O Lord for Robena miners permanent in history.
We assemble today O Lord for friends taken in the prime of life.
We assemble today O Lord as a sign of vigilance guarding the future.
We assemble today O Lord to keep the tide of history from turning back.
We assemble today O Lord prayerful for greater safety in our mines.
We assemble today O Lord mindful of all miners living and departed.
We assemble today O Lord beseeching your mercy and care for us all.

We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Adam, Norman, William and James.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Albert, Nicola, Albert and Frank.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Robena men departed this life.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of James, Frank, Andy, and John.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Andrew, Arthur, Charles and Alex.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Robena miners ever remembered.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of John, Elmer, Orrin and Ernest.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Homer, Samuel, Franklin and Allen.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Robena miners experiencing the cross.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of John, Charles, Charles and George.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of John, Hurley, Mike and John.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Robena miners bright with life.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Joseph, Charles, William and Eugene.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Paul, J.L. and Frank.
We assemble today O Lord in behalf of Robena miners for their eternal memory.
