Four men were killed in a multiple roof fall accident.

The deceased:

• Sidney Bryant
• Josh Noble
• Ben Sexton

Note: According to the MSHA Fatality Archive Database, the name of the company was the A and B Coal Company.  However, the news article of December 13th identifies the operation as the Bradley-Breeding No. 4 truck mine.  See more possible errors and omissions.
